Erica Kittle, MEd, is the Principal at Drummond Montessori, a Public Montessori within Chicago Public Schools. Erica has spent her entire education career in Chicago Public Schools as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and principal. She is an avid Montessori advocate and is passionate about the free-play aspect of childhood.
